Aphrodite’s Workshop for Reluctant Lovers is published on the 2^nd of February.

I have been the ‘guest blogger’ on a great Swedish site called bokcirklar.se  for the month of January so if any Swedish readers are interested you can get all my blogs by going into my current one and clicking on the month (Jan) in the top right hand corner. The old ones will then be visible if you scroll down.  It really is a good site for book lovers, friendly, varied and with blogs, discussions, reading tips and more.

On Tuesday 10^th February I will be speaking at Hammersmith Library, Shepherds Bush Road, London W6 from 7.30pm

On Thursday 12^th February I shall be speaking at Warminster Library, Three Horseshoes Walk, Warminster, Wiltshire

I always reckon that the minimum number you need in the audience, for the speaker not to come across as a complete loser, is twenty so I am hoping we shall get up to that number and more if I’m lucky, on each of these occasions.

I’ll be giving a number of interviews to newspapers and magazines and hope to be able to strike a balance somewhere between embarrassing personal revelation and complete dullness.   There will also be, I have been told, quite a few reviews so I can only pray that the large sums of money in unmarked brown paper envelopes that have been winging their way to literary editors’ desks all across the UK, have hit home.
